Minuterie Metalliche sas is a fabric of small metal products in Italy and we work metal wire on authomatic Escomatic lathes, carrying out lathed but not thread components with a diameter between 0,10 and 4,00 mm and a tollerance of 0,015 mm. We use ferrous and not ferrous material and stainless steel. The parts and be nickel-plated, zinc-plated and burnished.
We produce lathed parts designing with customer, not thread with diameter between 0,10 and 4,00 mm (0,015 mm allowance) with head drilling mx. 6 mm. We are in a position to work stainless steel AISI 303-316-420 AVP high speed lead steel, bronze, brass and aluminium. We can do galvanic treatment of surface, nickel-plating, temper, zinc-plating and burnishing. The fields in which we are currently work are: pins for watchmakers, needles for textile-machine, pins for locks, plug for electronic and electrical products workers and model constructions.
