At Spring World 2016, OMCG INC. will showcase its two hardest and well-known CNC Wire Bending Machines: the MINIMALIST 6 and the C61B. The patent pending MINIMALIST 6 is the fastest, the simplest and the best-selling model. It features a proprietary front feeding unit that improves control over wire twist and bending with unmatched speed, precision and repeatability. It is suitable to work wire diameter up to 6.5 mm (.26 in) and it is available in two versions, 2D or 3D. The C61B model too is capable of high accuracy and repeatability with an effective capacity to bend wire diameter up to 8 mm (.31 in). It features 4-axis control system and it can be supplied with an optional punching press directly on the arm to obtain nibs or coins for special customers’ applications.
