With a long experience in designing and manufacturing machinery for the wire forming industry, OMCG has developed a solution for agricultural springs manufacturers. Based on the 6-axis standard CNC bending machine C31E, featuring an eccentric bending head that provides extreme flexibility for a variety of wire forming needs, OMCG developed a solution able to combine: CNC flexibility, ease of programming, spring steel wire processing, ability to make small diameter coiling, extreme repeatability. A specific additional control for this application manages the coil-to-leg formation ensuring the pieces execution within the required tolerances.
