A 2016 full of novelties: Sacma Group at wire 2016

Sacma Group will be present at the wire show to introduce all the 2016 highlights.

During the exhibition, Sacma will introduce new models as the combined headers models SP48L and SP38SL, and the progressive header SP451-EL with extended capacities. Sacma will display the net shape parts former model SP470-CRM making special parts with all the new features like S-Feed wire feeder driven by servomotor, the new S-Panel with the SC-Matic software, the new quick changeover package and the fully motorized adjustment of the machine. The SP470-CRM will have the new soundproof enclosure respecting the environment.

During wire 2016, Ingramatic will show the warm forming line with the RP420-WF30 for the aerospace market and other market using special materials for making screws and bolts. This machine is the only one fully integrated warm forming roller available on the market. Ingramatic will introduce the new I-Thread model RP720-R1 equipped with the servomotors for die match adjustment and CNC double starter unit. The RP720-R1 extends the capacity of the previous model thanks to its new QTC washer assembly unit with a 300mm disc diameter allowing the assembly of washer up to mm.85 external diameter. A Direct Drive Atelier will be propose to the visitors in showing the technology for the future RP120 and RP220 coming soon in 2016. Ingramatic is definitively leading the market with a complete new generation range of machines with high tech solutions designed and made following the best industrial rules.

Sacma Group will also present the Sacma Training Center. It will be located in Sacma Germany and will represent a space where the customers can receive a personalized training for the use of the headers and threaders, having at their complete availability new generation machines: one Sacma header and one Ingramatic threader.
