Accuracy and power: these are Schnell's straightening machines

Schnell offers a wide range of straightening machines, able to meet the different needs of customers, with a range of work from Ø 2 to Ø 20mm.

Since many years, thanks to the continuous innovation and attention to details, Schnell has introduced the new rotor machines next to the already affirmed roller straightening machines.

The “rotor” straightening machines, for the production of straight bars from Ø2 to Ø12 mm, are equipped with a cutting unit with high-speed brushless motors and an automatic measurement system electronically controlled.
The automatic “roller” straightening machines, on the other hand, have been studied for the production of straight bars from Ø 5 to Ø 20mm and are equipped with straightening units fully electronically controlled. The “Super” version is marked by a higher pulling speed (up to 300m/min) and by the new horizontal motorized wire change (patented) that allows the change of both diameters and coils in “zero time”.
