Violi Srl: new tube straightening machine with saw blade cut for diameters from 1 to 8 mm

Violi Srl presents its new straightening machine with saw blade cut mod. VM/RFTS2, projected to straighten and cut tubes with diameters from 1 to 8 mm.

The machine is equipped with : - a mechanically clutch pay-off reel with adjustment of diameter of the coil - a pre-straightening group equipped with 5 wheels in neutral, manually adjustable, - a motorized rotating group with rollers wtih variable section, - a dragging unit composed by 3 groups of motorized wheels with variable speed through inverter, - an encoder to define the lenght of cut, - a saw blade cutting unit, - tube progression system by screw, - pneumatic plier for tube blocking to avoid burrs, - tube ejecting and collecting system.
