Automatic compaction press for metallic waste

The automatic compaction press is able to produce constant sized blocks thanks to the patented weighing system of the materials with loading cells.

This machinery is composed by:

- A first conveyor belt (optional) suitably sized on the work area and equipement, able to transport waste to the entrance of the next belt.

- A second conveyor belt (optional) suitably sized according to the final weight of the block to be compacted, equipped with loading cells and able to transport waste to the entrance chamber

- A compaction chamber inside which 4 different hydraulic pistons operate

- A control panel with PLC to manage the working cycle and the hydraulic system

- A hydraulic power unit complete with a high pressure pump and oil tank.
