New high productivity hot setting line: the video

With this video we would like to present the latest interesting realization of Agibi Progetti. This is a high productivity hot setting line equipped with: 30.000 N press, water cooling system, air drying system and spring transfer robot on the MC54 Microstudio control machine. Agibi Progetti designs and realizes this kind of lines according to the specific needs of its customers. Various solutions are conceivable for the automation of loading and unloading processes.

In the video we present, the springs are loaded manually on the furnace, while a robot is used for unloading and transferring springs on the control machine.
