This transaction marks an important milestone in KKR’s history, as it is their first acquisition of a middle-market business in the industrial sector. The new management will be focused on building Hyperion into an even stronger company by providing outstanding support and solutions to their customers and optimizing the performance of the business.
Former CEO Johan Israelsson, assumed a newly created role as Senior Vice President of Stategy and Alliances while company has relocated in Worthington, OH, which serves as the new global headquarters.
