ICMI presents the new gas fired bars heating furnace

ICMI15FRB is a new product line patented by ICMI Forni Industriali using natural gases fuel to heat up the bars up to the molding temperature.
This new product replies to the specific needs of steel moulding both for quality – due to the complete no oxidation on the bars surface – and for money saving – due to the lower energy cost per ton.

FEATURES:
1. Absolutely no oxidation due to the minimum O2 quantity on the material surface
2. Temperature uniformity between internal and external part of the bar on the total length
3. No strips on the material surface


MONEY SAVING:
1. Cost of natural gas is lower than cost of electricity
2. Average cost is < 30,00 €/ton
3. The complete no oxidation allows to decrease the maintenance costs

1. Government incentives white certificate devolved for energy saving
