Tramev introduces the new TRS-HTX4 butt welding machine

Tramev, present on the market of wire and cable producers since 1977, is pleased to present the new TRS-HTX4 butt welding machine up to 32mm.

- Weldable diameters: range between [16.00; 32.00] mm ± 0.02 mm.

- Primary welding transformer with rated power: 125.00-150,00 kVA.

- Machine electric power supply: 400 V - 50 Hz.

- Wire clamping system via hydraulic cylinder clamps, with oleodynamic pressure adjustment of the clamps;

- Pushing system: hydraulic drive through hydraulic cylinder (independent hydraulic control unit to manage the clamps and the push-pointer opening/closing).

- Welding protection system made of plexiglass according to in force CE regulations.

- Machinery handling not provided.

- Cooling system.
