We closely work with our Customers, assisting them in order to optimize their products: we put the experience of our technical staff to Companies’ disposal, assisting them in the development of their applications, in the definition of cost-saving and top performance of the cold forming cycles.
We flexibly respond to the market and to our Customers’ delivery requirements by cutting down equipment implementation time with in-house mold design and construction: our tooling department, equipped with latest generation CNC and EDM systems, devises the tools for the upsetting of wire from scratch, reducing Customer delivery lead time and ensuring production continuity even if external supplies are interrupted.
We monitor and optimize every aspect of our work to guarantee Customers defect-free products, fully meeting supply specifications and deadline.
We can provide our Customers with PSW/PPAP documentation up to level 5, IMDS management included, on request: the whole contributes to provide extremely high quality standards.
