RCZ Bulloneria was founded by Vittorio Zappella and Renato Grassi, professionals boasting twenty years of experience in the hot-forging sector.
The company was established in 2003, as a spin-off of one of the sector’s traditional companies, highly oriented towards ongoing machinery modernization. The highest quality standards are also guaranteed on special products. RCZ Bulloneria partners decided to undertake this adventure aiming to stand out on the market for its EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Product QUALITY is a priority, especially for long products where we are able to guarantee straightness of bolts through rolling.
Equally important, high FLEXIBILITY in meeting the customer’s needs, in terms of quantities lots and delivery time, our standard is four weeks delivery, but we are able to fill orders in only one week.

Our machinery pool, in constant evolution to expand our product range, lets us produce 10 to 56 mm diameter bolts up to 800 mm long. Additionally, we can produce bolts according to drawings.
Mainly quality material are: 8.8 – 10.9 – 11.9 - 12.9 – 14.9 we are able to offer also other qualities (i.e. L75, B7, R10).
We have an internal laboratory for our customers able to conduct various tests: all embrittlement (Rockwell, Vickers and Brinell), tensile strength, quantometer assessment for material composition, decarburization test with micro-durometer, magnetoscopic test, etc. to issue conformity certificates (2.2 and 3.1B). Partnerships with qualified external laboratories complete the destructive and non-destructive test range applied to certify our products.
