Viraj Profiles Limited is a leading stainless steel producer with integrated manufacturing facilities and capacity of 3,80,000 tonnes per annum. In just over a decade and a half, we have achieved over 70 product certifications and approvals in the petrochemical, food and beverage, construction, pharmaceutical, defense and marine industries.Today we are the largest manufacturer of long products in Asia and second largest in the world. We are ranked number 1 in stainless steel flanges segment in the world.
Our products are largely exported, and we proudly contribute to the progress of over 90 countries. In fact, in April 2010 Viraj Profiles Limited was the winner of the SEEPZ Highest Exporter Award.
At Viraj, we produce our stainless steel the way it’s meant to be. With good quality chromium in good amounts, detailed and up-to-date melt shop processes and stringent grade quality standards.
In 18 years, we have made our presence felt in 4 continents, built a turnover of over USD 1.3 billion and have become the employer of choice for over 9000 people, through honest, hard work. Stainless – as we do, so we are.
We produce a wide range of products using Austenitic, Ferritic, Martensitic, Austenitic-Ferritic (Duplex) stainless steel grades while supplying special grade stainless steel of Precipitation hardening, Cold heading and Electrode quality. DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 certified, they are of the best international standards. In fact, even our facilities are one of the most modern and up-to-date in the world.
The capacity of our current range of long products shall be increased to 528,000 tonnes per annum by the end of the year.
