Cut to length machines

Cut to length machines

Cut-to-length lines are used for uncoiling, straightening, gauging, cross-cutting to length, and stacking operations. These machines perform a variety of functions, including cut-sheet leveling, edge trimming (if required), cutting to length, and sheet and plate stacking, and they are best suited for carbon steel, tinplate, stainless steel, and a variety of alloys cold or hot rolling.
Cut-to-length lines are controlled either through PLC systems or manually, as required by the customer. These machines feature a high-precision gauge, and the whole line can work automatically and operate easily to output smooth sheets.

A variety of components is included in these lines, such as a coiler, a decoiler, entry support devices, width adjuster devices, straightening devices, a gauge table, a shearing machine, a run out table, a pneumatic discharge and stacker device, an unloading table, a pneumatic system, a PLC electrical system, and a hydraulic system.
