CLARIFICATION UNIT - BLADE MUD > The lamella coalescence clarifier BLADE MUD allows to purify the oily emulsions by separating simultaneously the sedimentable materials (oxides, chips, etc.), the floating materials (oils, soaps, etc.) and the dispersed suspensions.

OIL REMOVING - BLADE OIL > The coalescence oil removing system Blade Oil allows to eliminate in continuous the micro particles of free oil dispersed in the testing tanks, by making their life longer.

ULTRAFILTRATION - ATHENA C 100 > Athena C 100 units are proposed to regenerate in continuous the lubrocoolant fluids both synthetic and vegetal. The regeneration cycle performs the elimination of the pollutants that generally cause the ageing of such fluids, as to say free oils, bacteria, dust, oxides and metal particles, colloidal suspensions.

ULTRAFILTRATION - DIANA C 500 > Diana C 500 units are proposed to regenerate in continuous the hydrocarbons and the, synthetic and mineral oils. The regeneration cycle perform the elimination of the pollutants that usually cause ageing of such fluids, as to say water, metals, soaps, non reactive salts, oxides, degradation polymers, metals complex, etc.

ULTRAFILTRATION - SEPAR 600 > Separ 600 units are used to treat spent oily emulsions. The emulsions are separated into oil free water and into water free oil to be disposed.
