Dallan has focussed ever since 1978 on manufacturing precision roll forming machines for thin wall sheet metal profiles (up to 2mm). We have therefore acquired a great deal of experience in the production of precision profiles and in machining prepainted and prefinished materials, with more than 2780 systems installed and 7300 profiles created in these past 35 years. Our high degree of specialisation means we can offer customers not only the forming machines and lines (with all the equipment, tools and machinery to obtain the finished product) but also the profiles and accessories which complete your product system.

With various types of machines, Dallan offers a wide range of solutions for every need:

Roll forming machine Dallan T4, suitable for machining the thinnest materials, starting from 0.2 mm thick.
Roll forming machine Dallan T5, used to machine materials up to 2 mm thick.
Roll forming machine Dallan T6, used for the thickest profiles with the greatest bend height, Sigma and Omega type building profiles etc.
Compact roll forming machine Dallan INTEGRATA, used to make a finished product complete with punching, bending and cutting, all the equipment and tools being installed on a single basement.
Flexible roll forming machine Dallan DUPLEX, featuring the DALLAN COMBI units with two opposing forming heads with overhung shafts, which can be moved nearer or further away, to process profiles of varying widths.
