Polycristalline diamond dies (PCD)

Our PCD dies are manufactured using the highest quality raw materials, e.g. SFD, Sumidia, Compax, carefully choosing granulometry, type and size depending on the material to be drawn.

The sintering process does not structurally stress the PCD die: in fact makes it mechanically stronger.
The result is a durable die suitable for more subsequent refurbishments.
