LIST OF THE ELEVATORS

The elevators find application when you have to increase the effectiveness of the feeding groups. They allow to stock large amounts of material and gradually transfer it to the utilizing machine, reducing the intervention of the operator employed on the load. They are particularly suited in cases where there is a need to feed machinery or vibrators that, because of their special or high position, are not easily accessible for a manual loading. They can be used to supply any type of material: metal, wood, glass, plastic, rubber, cork, etc. The pieces can be directly canalized on the machine or, by using vibrators, they can be first oriented and aligned in the wished position. Since the number of pallets and the number of turns of the motor reducer are variable, you can get a significant feeding speed. The pieces to supply can be stocked in a silo or in a loading hopper. When the power is excessive, a level sensor automatically switches off the elevator.

The elevators are made of painted steel. The outlet, the silo and the hopper can be internally coated when it is necessary to protect sensitive components and to fall within the noise limits established by law. In case of specific needs we can design and build special elevators.
