LINEAR VIBRATORS

What distinguishes linear electromagnetic vibrators is: great versatility and ease of balancing. The vibration, determined by the oscillation of inclined leaf springs, allows the handling of both pieces of small size and large size.
Linear vibrators can be used singly or placed in feeding groups in automatic production or assembly processes. The intensity of vibration can also be varied during the running through the electrical equipment of which they are provided.

The presence of the adjustable counterweight – A EUROPEAN OSCA PATENT – ensures uniformity in the feed speed of the pieces, also at the back of the channel. So the channel can be assemblied centred to the vibrator.

The linear vibrators VR10 – VR20 – VR30 find particular application as an interface between the vibrating bases and utilizing machines, when it is necessary to take already oriented and selected   details on inaccessible traits with the output channels of containers mounted on the vibrating bases. Thanks to the accumulation in the channel, linear vibrators ensure a steady loading of pieces, that can be continuous or cadenced.

The linear vibrators VR40 – VR50 – VR60 – VR70 are particularly suitable for the use with loading hoppers respectively: 30 - 50 - 70 liters, 80 - 100 Liters, 150 Liters, 200 Liters and more. They can also be used for the handling of pieces on very long vibrating channels.
