Cable design: 1/4" - 7/8" helical
1/4" - 2 1/4" annular

The corrugator rotation speed reaches a maximum of 7000 rpm. The primary target is to control effectively all product parameters, ensure process stability and repeatability, leading to optimum return loss levels.

The edge width can be minimized in order to reduce copper scrap costs. The contour measurement allows online checking for weld faults or pin holes in the corrugation line.
