Steel accessories for long products

As an extra service to its customers, SIKA has added to its traditional activity of cold roll forming, the production of metal stamping and forming of accessories to customer specification and drawings.

SIKA can manufacture a wide range of top quality accessories using its high technology  Mechanical Presses ranging from 30 to 500 Tonnes, complete with integrated coil feeding equipments.
Thanks to its many years experience in the metal processing field SIKA will design and manufacture the bespoke Dies/Press Tools to suit the customer’s requirement and then manufacture the complete components.

It is also possible to have the components painted either by powder coating and baking  or electrolytic methods.
