Our Flanges division encompasses an integrated forge shop which manufactures forged bars and all types of pipe fittings i.e. flanges, butt welding fittings in various specifications (ASME/ ANSI, AFNOR, DIN, BS, JIS etc). Flanges are produced in size ranges from 0.5 “ to 36” and forged bars from 160 mm to 450 mm.

This division has integrated in-house facilities for cutting, forging, ring rolling and machining facility with CNC lathes. CNC drilling (machining center), copy turning machines, multi spindle drill machines, manual lathes, high capacity forging press and mobile manipulator for making large diameter flanges and rounds. The division also has in-house heat treatment shop and well equipped laboratory facilities with quality testing spectrometers for PMI tests.

The CNC machining shop is the biggest flange making CNC shop in India having a large number of CNC lathes connected to the central computer with a DNC system. The division is capable of producing many ranges of products to meet specific requirements of customers.
