Tubes, wires, and strips bending machines

This completely self-sufficient machine is designed to help any type of springformer, multiformer and bending machine. The RB-60 auxiliary bending machine picks up the semi-finished piece from the springformer and finishes the bends independently. This way, it is possible to execute those bends which are normally very difficult or impossible to achieve in the springformer work cycle.

By executing the bends in transfer, the system also allows to increase the production speed. A gripper picks up the semi-finished piece from the springformer and places it in front of one or two spinners that make the other bends. Why 4D? Because The wire gripper is mounted on 3 X-Y-Z axes, but also has the possibility to rotate on itself (R axis) for limitless bending possibilities. The RB-60 bending unit can work with any type of machine: electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, etc. To operate, it simply needs to receive a start signal. Provided with precise, robust and efficient mechanics, it is equipped with Japanese brushless electronics and servomotors.
