Gem S.r.l. began to operate primarily in the domestic market, now it exports its solutions in most developed countries through a widespread network of resellers or direct agents. Today the group employs 35 people and 4 external professionals, as well as various partners suppliers.
The Company occupies an area of approximately 8,000 square meters ( of which 4,000 covered and 1,000 for building).
Typical areas of application of our products are the automotive industry (car seats), home appliances ( grills kitchens, baskets for dishwasher), furniture for supermarkets ( wire shelves, displays, baskets and trolleys), and equipments for building construction (concrete reinforcing wire mesh ).
Our working method is consisting in carefully analysing the technical requirements of the customer, with the aim to offer high tecnology, but at the same time flexible, cost-saving and easy to be used solutions.
The product that best characterizes the Company is the Marta System, built with over 15 versions in over 150 installations. The Marta System's range expresses the creativity and rationality of Gem, since it is a flexible system, available in different configurations regarding the number of controlled axes ( from 2 to 16 ), the working range and the type of product to be welded.
