Metallurgica Locatelli works in the field of low carbon drawn wire. Founded in 1920 by Fortunato Locatelli this small company located in Lecco, is today a capital company with a staff of about 40 persons working on an area of 20.000 mq. Today Metallurgica Locatelli, located in Calolziocorte (LC), is managed by the grandsons of the founder.The company philosophy is to follow a commercial strategy able to satisfy the market requests and the customers’ needs. The standard of quality, the development of the organization and company processes together with the constant improvement of facilities and technology has enabled the company to achieve ISO 9001:2000 certification.

Metallurgica Locatelli, certified ISO 9001:2000, can rely on a company organization totally quality-oriented and focused on meeting the customers’ specification in compliance accordance with with the proceedings and the instructions in the Quality Manual.
To guarantee the quality of its products, Metallurgica Locatelli carries out accurate tests both on the raw materials and on the semifinished and finished products.
