The MC54-1000-LX-021, designed for the precise setting and testing of wave and cup springs, is one of the latest additions to MicroStudio's range of machinery. With thirty years of experience in customized tools and solutions for the control and production of small parts, MicroStudio presents a machine optimized for minimal strokes and high loads.

Its versatility extends to the loading mode, either manual or through a specially designed system, preventing unwanted overlap and ensuring accurate operations. The ability to load pieces from the top or laterally, based on specific geometries, further enhances the machine's flexibility.

The setting station is equipped with a shock absorber designed to ensure quick and effective operations, both at length or at solid height. Precision is assured even for particularly rigid springs, thanks to millesimal positioning (0.001 mm), allowing for accurate measurements.

The MC54-1000-LX-021 goes beyond simple setting, conducting load control measurements, lengths, and rigidity obtained by the force/length curve. The construction of the force graph, both in compression and release, allows for a detailed evaluation of spring performance.

The integrated software stores all parameters related to setting and control, simplifying overall process management and ensuring optimal efficiency. The machine's robustness is guaranteed by highly wear-resistant materials and the presence of anti-jamming and anti-overlap systems.
