New instrument for tension springs control - LED50T
LED50T-V10 is the new instrument specifically for looping machines. Thanks to one or two cameras, which can also be placed in different stations, the device allows to measure both loops, the spring body, alignments and much more. In addition, the LED50T-V10 comes with a wide range of accessories and can be installed on almost all types of looping machines.

New software and support for large springs - 3D-OP-01
Equipped on the LED3D-700 and LED4D-700 measuring systems, the 3D-OP-01 enables fast and accurate inspection of large springs. Thanks to the specific software, this accessory allows you to detect the angular position of both spring’s ends, as well as identify the entire geometry of the product, and even determine the exact number of coils. MicroStudio's 3D-OP-01 comes equipped with the new LED3D-700 instruments for measuring compression springs of any shape with an external diameter of up to 280 mm and a maximum free length of up to 700 mm.

New line for measuring garter springs
MicroStudio is launching two new instruments specifically for the inspection of garter springs: the PMG automatic machine and the CAL-G1 portable gauge.
PMG is an innovative, state-of-the-art instrument that allows you to measure the free length, diameter, and tensile force of springs in less than 7 seconds. CAL-G1, on the other hand, is a simple and effective solution for measuring the free length of springs in the coiling department.

News from the MicroStudio’s calibration laboratory
As many of you will be aware, MicroStudio has a laboratory that is highly specialized in the calibration of spring testing instruments. In recent months, the Italy-based company's calibration centre has completed the transition to the new UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 standard and has compiled and published a comprehensive list of services the laboratory can provide.
