Regg Inspection presents i600HS High Speed: this new machine, designed for screws inspection, combines high speed with the inspection quality that has always been one of the company's distinctive features. 1,200 pieces/minute for the selection of M6x25 screws, a goal that until recently seemed unattainable.


In detail, i600HS High Speed is able to perform the following visual checks:

• head diameter;
• hexagon diameter;
• head height;
• shank length;
• external thread diameter;
• internal thread diameter;
• pitch diameter;
• thread pitch;
• thread angle;
• head cracks;
• 360° thread control.

The new i600HS also features a new vision control system.
