We manufacture our special products in accordance with client spec or design and based on the procedure indicated by clients in order to satisfy each and every precise, subjective requirement.

While manufacturing products that are made in strict keeping with client orders, we also deploy our own resources and know-how to come up with the best possible solution to meet each customer request, engaging our very own technical department to meet the various quality, production and pricing requirements indicated and subsequently realising each solution properly and in full compliance with the instructions received.

We produce items that involve complex processing cycles featuring particularly demanding technical requirements.

Our CNC lathes, which operate 24/7, allow us to operate with the necessary accuracy, competitiveness and flexibility and to delivery on time.

OUR COMPANY IS STRUCTURED INTO THE FOLLOWING DEPARTMENTS:

LATHE DEPARTMENT - equipped with automatic lathes, each of which has a bar loader for bars of up to 80 millimetres. We produce series items, that are finished by machine or sent to the finishing section for further processing;

CNC SECTION - comprising CNC lathes (Biglia, Mupem, Cami, Hanwha).

WASHING PLANT – equipped with a combined spray/dipping function, using only small amounts of neutral detergent.

SOLVENT PLANT - for the washing of especially delicate items with solvent.
