Boron-free lubricants and waste reduction: regeneration with Condoroil

Condoroil, leveraging its deep knowledge of the market for metal surface treatment chemical products, is always working to develop new solutions that optimize processes and improve performance, without losing sight of the environment.

Boron-free drawing and heading salts and lubricants

Recently, CONDOROIL CHEMICAL has focused on a series of formulations, specifically developed for cold-forming operations, that are free from boron-containing substances:
CONDORLUBE 281 SAL: a non-reactive boron-free salt primarily used in the preparation of stainless and carbon steel surfaces for cold forming processes, such as drawing and heading;
CONDORLUBE DF 18: a non-reactive water-based polymeric lubricant for cold forming of carbon and stainless steel, and non-ferrous metals. Compared to traditional polymeric lubricants, this product is suitable for very severe reductions;
CONDORLUBE TF 24: polymer-based lubricant for tube drawing processes.

Recovery and regeneration of chemical products in metal forming processes

The CONDOROIL STAINLESS division, whose mission is to minimize resource waste, has developed innovative products to recover and regenerate chemicals used in metal-forming processes. Among the outstanding units offered are:
• DIANA: for the regeneration of lubricating oils and solvents;
CRYSTAL: for the regeneration of sulfuric acid-based pickling solutions;
RESIBED: for the regeneration of stainless steel pickling solutions.

These advanced technologies represent the ultimate example of how the "Green Economy" can make a concrete contribution to reducing the consumption of natural resources. The Italy-based company embraces the circular economy philosophy, promoting the recovery and reuse of chemical products directly in the workplace.

What better stage to present these new products than at the wire & Tube trade fair in Düsseldorf? At booth E04 in hall 5 (Tube) and booth B48 in hall 10 (wire), you can explore firsthand the technologies that will revolutionize the approach to sustainable material management in metallurgical processing. Don't miss the opportunity to be part of this revolution towards more efficient and environmentally friendly production.
