Profiles straightening machines

The profiles straightening machines mod. VM/RPD are designed to straighten bars and tubes made of metals with square, rectangular and complex profiles.

The machine consists of 2 groups of 7 rollers mounted at 90° one opposed to each other; the rollers, realized in hardened and rectified steel, are all motorized. The straightening process takes place thanks to the power-assisted adjustment through nr. 8 brushless motors. The groups always self-position on the center of the profile dimensions.
Working programs for different types and dimensions of profiles can be stored.

VM/RPD is in compliance with CE directive and all existing regulations.
