Milani expands horizons in the USA and Canada thanks to new partnership with Tecvil NA

Milani Srl is pleased to announce its collaboration with TECVIL NA, an American business specializing in the wire mesh industry. This partnership marks an important milestone as Milani expands its presence in the United States and Canada, bringing its advanced wire straightening and cutting machines to customers in North America.

The RT308 and RT512 are the first two highlights of this collaboration. These machines offer reliable straightening and cutting capabilities for various wire qualities, including drawn wire, mild steel, high-strength steel, stainless steel, galvanized wire, ribbed wire, and more. Equipped with advanced features, the two models stand out for their exceptional performance and precision. Key features of the RT308 and RT512 include:

- Wire feeding rollers with pneumatic pressure adjustment;
- A rotating body with five straightening dies for enhanced wire alignment;
- Cutting unit with a servo-motor (brushless) that ensures precise cutting with a tolerance of the length of the bars +/- 0.2 mm;
- Electric motors that efficiently drive the rotor and wire feed with independent electronic speed variation, allowing optimal control;
- Cutting bench equipped with an optical line enabling an easy and quick bar length setting.

Milani has already established a solid foothold in several international markets, including Argentina, Turkey, South Africa, Israel, and North Africa. Financially, the company achieved a turnover of 3 million euros in 2022, with 40% of the revenue generated in Italy and 60% from export to international markets. This economic success reflects the company's dedication and reputation as a trusted industry key player.
