Isella, cold-rolled flat bars for all tastes

For over 70 years, Isella has been at the forefront of the cold drawing and cold rolling field. Founded as a drawing mill for round and square wire, the Italy-based company has since evolved over the years, specializing also in the field of cold rolling.

Distinctive features of Isella are the selection of high-quality materials and customization possibilities for edges and profiles of the flat bars, starting from specific customer needs. An accurate chemical analysis of samples precedes the pickling, drawing, and cold-rolling stages, during which the products are also inspected to check width and thickness’s tolerance.

The flat bars can be supplied in coils of different sizes or in bars up to 6000 mm in length (with round, sharp, radiated, or chamfered edges). All stages of processing are carried out in-house to ensure the highest level of product quality. Upon request, Isella also manufactures flat bars with non-standard shaped edges.
