CHARACTERISTICS:

n         Double bending system (one mobile and one stationary benders) can form bars to bending angles, with turntable reversal and automatic return to starting point.

n         Roller conveyor, rollers are covered by the rubber, antiskid and anti-noise, with automatic transfer and storage functions.

n         Two lifting levers, pneumatic control, discharge the bars from conveyor to double benders and distribute the finished products to storage rack after bending.

n         Storage rack: 2 or more storage racks.

n         PLC control system with LCD, user friendly interface.

n         Task management and storage programme realizes multi tasks to be processed continuously.

n         Transducer controls the bending speed.

n         Encoder ensures the bending angle precision.
