Weld processing

TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas)

Normative :

EN  10296-2 : 2005, EN 10217-7: 2005

Standard Tolerance  ( D = Diameter  / T = Thickness )

D3  (+/- 0.75% with 0.30 mm min)

T3  (+/-   10 % with 0.20 mm min)

Special Tolerance:

D 4 ( +/-0.5 % with 0.10 mm min)

T4 ( +/- 7.5 % with  0.15 mm min)

All the production lines are equipped with Eddy Current testing devices to identify  any structural or surface defects in the tube;

All the products are tested in accordance with the Test Class1;

Standard Length:

6000 mm – 0 + 20 mm

Surface Finishing:

Standard: as welded, marked

On request: polished grit, mirror polished, scotch brite outer surface,

Execution:

Standard: not annealed

On request: bright annealed

Our round standard tube on stock:

D3/T3 brushed marked, not annealed in L = 6000 mm

D3/T3 polished grit 320, not annealed in L = 6000 mm

D3/T3 mirror polished, not annealed in L= 6000 mm
