Greases and neat oils for metal forming

CONDAT Group offers lubricants, such as oils and greases, for wire drawing operations.

The VICAFIL TFH and TFG formulations are especially suitable for metal forming applications of both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including: copper, aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel.

Featuring a whole range of additives and base oils (mineral, synthetic, natural) the VICAFIL TFH and TFG oils and greases can be provided with varying viscosity and consistency.

VICAFIL TFH: neat oils (either mineral, synthetic, or semi-synthetic) specifically developed for single-pass applications ahead of cold forming operations.

TFG: greases providing a thick lubricant film for applications where high viscosity is required. These products are typically employed during skin-passing and cold-heading operations, , or used for drawing bars, profiles, and tubes.
