From 25 to 28 September 2024, the international thermal process industry will converge at THERMPROCESS China, presenting numerous technological innovations alongside the world-leading Düsseldorf trade fairs for wire, cable, tube, and pipes at the Shanghai New International Expo Center (SNIEC).
An integral segment of the Bright World of Metals
Part of the "Bright World of Metals" since 2020, this biennial trade fair complements the international THERMPROCESS portfolio in Düsseldorf. Organized by Messe Düsseldorf (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and MC-CCPIT, the event offers a comprehensive platform for showcasing the latest thermal process technology products, technologies, solutions, and services. The exhibition will feature a complete spectrum of thermal process technology, including industrial furnaces, heat treatment plants, plant construction, drive technology, firing technology, power and heat engineering, heating systems, heat pumps, and accessories.
Insightful seminars on heat treatment technologies
Red-hot side events include the Heat Treatment Technology Seminar, where the Shanghai Heat Treatment Association will provide insights into current developments and innovative approaches in heat treatment technologies. The seminar will feature renowned industry speakers covering topics such as microscopy, lubricant selection, and heat treatment of automotive parts.
Thousands of attendees from a variety of sectors
The previous THERMPROCESS China saw 332 companies from 14 countries participate, representing a 30% increase from its inaugural event. Over 22,000 trade visitors from 53 countries attended, including buyers from various industries like automotive, chemical, oil and gas, energy, aviation, and aerospace, offering ample networking and knowledge exchange opportunities. In 2020, China's heat treatment industry boasted a total output value of approximately USD 17 billion, with around USD 14 billion attributed to heat treatment processes and about USD 3 billion to equipment and process materials sales. Over recent years, the industry has experienced steady growth in both companies and market size, driving increased demand for high-quality equipment, instruments, and application software, particularly aligned with China's "Dual Carbon" strategy.
