Jaw mill mod. VM/ TMAX380 - designed for the advanced crushing of materials to be recovered. The size of the pieces is substantially reduced.
Automatic crushing mills with cast iron balls - for crushing different materials. They are typically used to process slag and ashes resulting from processes of carbonization of gold residues or for the trituration of electronic components and printed circuit boards. The dust is separated from the bulk by a metallic mesh. Also available with manual unloading or compact for small productions.
Blender/mixer mod. VM/MX 5 - 10 - 20 - 30 - 100 - 150 - a range of eco-friendly machinery to mix powders of dry materials processed with the Violi VM/MA crushing mills. These powders are mixed into a homogenous product that can serve as a basis for other compounds.
Microwave furnace for waste treatment mod. VM/FMW 1 - 2 - is a “green” alternative to traditional incinerators. The new furnace FMW1 uses the principle of pyrolysis for the carbonization of organic residues in the complete absence of oxygen, so as to minimize the emissions of smokes and of toxic substances and dioxins into the air. Heat is generated via a microwave system which acts on organic waste without combustion. The entire process is monitored by PLC and completely safe.
