Metal swarf shredder mod. VM/TR1 - an electric metal shredder used for hydraulic compaction systems to make cylindrical briquettes of various sizes. The use of VM/TR1 is necessary when chips, be they brass, bronze, aluminum, steel, or other materials, are long enough to be treated as machine tool waste, but need fragmentation before compaction.

Hydraulic metal baler mod. VM/PCFA20 - a fully automatic hydraulic baler for recycling of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, ideal to compact steel wire from used pneumatic tires. 

Automatic shredder and compactor for aluminum chips mod. VM/CTAR0-1 - for reduction and compaction of chips deriving from turning/milling processes. The plant consists of a customizable loading hopper, an internal shredder, a compacting hopper equipped with two augers that push the material into the compacting chamber. Cycle management is carried out via PLC and sensors.

Hydraulic metal chip briquetting machine - Violi Srl has developed a series of hydraulic compacting systems to turn chips into briquettes. The units can be equipped with a shredder and an automatic conveyor, as well as with an automatic loading and unloading system.
