SirioStar is a vertical automatic spooling system used for the production of compact smooth or reinforcing wire coils with weight up to 8 tons. The machine can be integrated with optional units for automatic loading and unloading spools and coils, as well as automatic units for strapping and labelling, automatic sampling, and handling.

The spool changeover requires less than 90 seconds, thus making it particularly recommended for high-productivity plants. Moreover, it doesn’t require any operator input, with consequent high-safely and productivity levels.

SirioStar is a very flexible spooler which can be combined with different cold rolling, wire drawing, stretching, and recoiling lines. It can operate with both fixed and collapsible spools and can perform the winding either from the lower or the upper spool flange.
