Vanishing oils for forming, rolling, packaging, and feed operations
Kodiak develops vanishing oils for wire processing applications where clean surfaces and controlled lubrication are essential. The EZFeed™ range consists of special blends of low viscosity oils designed to provide light lubrication while maintaining a clean wire surface. Depending on the formulation, they can be used for mild deforming, rolling, packaging, and feed operations, with selected products also providing benefits for welding, shelf life, and feedability. The range is non-reactive to all metals and includes formulations that evaporate to leave a very light lubricant film and a clean or dry wire surface.
EZFeed™ V40 can also be used as a penetrating and water displacement oil to help loosen frozen or rust parts.
