MOLLIFICIO LECCHESE is a leading manufacturer of compression springs, tension springs, torsion springs, double-torsion springs, shaped hooks, furniture springs, bearings and flat springs. They are found in a wide variety of applications ranging from automotive, electric, household and furniture industry. Our springs are manufactured from carbon, stainless, alloy steel, iron, brass, bronze, silver-plated copper.

Our product capability covers parts with a wire diameter ranging from 0.20 up to 9.00 mm and strip thickness from 0.10 to 2.50 mm. In 1997 we moved to our new seat in Valmadrera where our premises cover an area of 4,000 sq.m. We are constantly seeking to strengthen our technology potential; our large range of machines consists of more than 100 units and, besides the standard ones, we can count on electronic shaping machines, shearing machines, bending machines, Bihler machines, grinding machines, hardening furnaces. We design and build all our blanking dies in our workshop, using technical software such as CAD system, electro-erosion and grinding machines.
In the latest years we have concentrated our investments in purchasing high technology machinery, laser test devices, quality control hardware and software. Since 1997 we are certified and our production is performed in selfcontrol. Some of our items are systematically controlled during the production by laser technologies permitting a very high precision and achieving a 100% conformity. We only purchase raw material from proofed and certified suppliers; our traceability system permits us to provide anytime to our clients testing data and metallurgical documentation. We sell on the whole national territory and 35% of our turnover is made abroad.
