Baudrand New Tech and Max Springs Machinery Mfg will exhibit their know-how on a doubled surface
compared to the last edition in 2016, to present the novelties as well as the historical bestsellers.


Baudrand New Tech represents the Spanish manufacturer Buch, and Max Springs Machinery Mfg specialising in the construction of equipment for spring making and wire and strip forming. The three partners will exhibit 5 machines including novelties presented exclusively:

For springs and complex wire/strip forms making:
- MAX 25 TS-4A (Ø 0.2 – 2.5 mm)
- MAX CR 23 (Ø 0.3 – 2.3 mm)
- MAX CR 65 (Ø 3 – 6.5 mm)
- MAX FD 35 (Ø 1 – 3.5 mm) New 2018

For large wire/strip forms making:
- MAX WB 60-8A (Ø 2 – 6 mm)

The equipment presented will prefigure the equipment of the industry of the wire and tube of tomorrow by emphasizing on flexibility and unprecedented manufacturing possibilities.

The machine range Baudrand New Tech and Max Springs Machinery Mfg allows its customers to benefit from a complete offer (diameters 0.1 to 12 mm) of machines for making springs and forming wire and strip. The Baudrand New Tech and Buch machines range includes wire straightening and cutting machines, wire bending machines with one or more bending heads (for concrete post reinforcing systems), equipment for the manufacture of grids and tubular posts, and CNC multi-slides wire bending machines fitted with side feeding and press up to 120 tons.

Buch has more than 60 years of experience. Max Springs Machinery Mfg, leader in South East Asia, has been manufacturing springs for more than 60 years and production equipment for more than 20 years, incorporating Japanese technologies, motors and drivers only.
