New CEA inverter generators Ecodesign-ready

New CEA inverter generators Ecodesign-ready

As energy costs keep climbing, producing energy-efficient machines with a reduced environmental impact has become a priority.

That's why welding specialist CEA has designed a new line of highly efficient welding machines already compliant with new requirements of the Ecodesign (2009/125/CE) directive. In this wide range, the latest additions are the MAXIQ and QUBOX power supplies that will help you cut down energy consumption, resulting in significant savings for your business.

MAXIQ
This is a modern inverter with MIG-MAG welding technology and a separate wire feeder. It represents the natural evolution of conventional step adjustment MIG equipment. MAXIQ comes equipped with the Hybrid Synergic™ system, which can determine the best response in terms of wire start and deposit throughout the welding cycle, based on the wire diameter and material.
QUBOX
Multiprocess welders featuring an inverter technology integrated into a sturdy and functional metal structure with a separate wire feeder. They are equipped with an innovative Vision.ARC welding arc control system developed in-house by CEA, which guarantees stability and precision regardless of variations in external conditions.

Furthermore, starting from 2023 all welding systems will have to comply with new efficiency and eco-compatibility requirements, both during welding and in the idle state, as per the new Ecodesign directive (2009/125/EC).

The new CEA MAXIQ and QUBOX welders are already fully compliant with the new standards, guaranteeing high-welding efficiency and reduced energy consumption (less than 30W in idle state)!
