CEIA catalog expands: a new high-frequency induction generator

CEIA Spa is one of the historical names in the field of systems and equipment for the induction heating of industrial metal parts.

The company, based in Italy, has always been committed to the development of new products for the metalworking industry. Against this backdrop, meet the new high-frequency induction heater with integrated controller model Power Cube® System 900. Extremely compact, it is the natural evolution of the Power Cube® series. In addition to all the features of the previous series, this device is equipped with integrated thermal cycle control functions, temperature measurement tools, a high-resolution TFT graphic display, and advanced interfaces with external PLCs.

The integrated controller allows managing the power digitally and analogically through 3 programmable modes, generating a constant and repeatable output through a special microprocessor. Note that each heating head is programmable independently of the others. Thanks to the internal memory, it is also possible to save 50 sets of working parameters for subsequent operations.
