The company has recently completed the testing of a 630 mm high-speed single-twist bunching machine suitable for computer cables, headphone wires, e-wires, telephone wires, car wires, network wires, and twisted copper wires, with outer diameter range ≤ 3.3 mm.

Featuring a magnetic clutch for tension control and automatic tracking and adjustment after the coil diameter is set, this cutting-edge single twist buncher can reach a maximum rotation speed of 2000 RPM.

Technical specifications
- Layup: applicable to the layup of Ag-coated wire, tinned wire, enamel wire, bare copper wire clad steel, and copper clad aluminum with strands exceeding seven.
- Twisting section area: 0.18 mm2 - 6.0 mm2.
- Wiring: ⌀ 30 mm polished rod-bearing cable, width and pitch can be adjusted accurately.
- Stranded wire lay length: 11.15 mm - 99 mm.
- Loading capacity: 500 Kg.
