wire Russia 2019, let's take stock with Eurodraw

From June 18 to 20, the staff of Eurodraw flew to Moscow to take part in one of the most important international events of the wire industry: wire Russia 2019. A month later, Alberto Cervino - Sales DIrector of Eurodraw - tells us how it went.

The products on showcase
Eurodraw machinery and plants have been very successful among visitors. Wire drawing lines are the core business of the company: they target crosswise the entire wire industry and their high quality is well-known in the field. Eurodraw combines know-how and advanced technology with great flexibility, in order to match all the needs of its customers.

Stand turnout
Good and heterogeneous. Visitors mainly came from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus - despite the particular political conditions of these countries. The last day of the trade show turned out to be objectively a bit slow, but this could be more a physiological fact, tied to all these kind of events.

Leads
Many interesting contacts. To mention one, the company managed to re-establish relationships with an old customer located in Uzbekistan, which once again chose Eurodraw machines more than ten years after its first purchase. In particular, the company was very satisfied with the previously acquired drawing lines, stating that they never had to carry out repairs over time. The return of old customers is always pleasant, because it provides further proof of the reliability and quality of the machines' performance.

Russian market
The fair proved to be a success: Russian and Belarusian market possess a wide unexplored potential; they have much to offer and are opening up a lot to Europe. In general, the situation is close to pre-crisis levels; the most important international players are making massive investments, generating benefits for the entire sector.
