Reel changing operations are faster and safer with Windak rewind lines

In order to achieve maximum efficiency in rewinding operations, machines with short setup times and optimized reel handling are paramount.

Windak pay-off, take-up, and rewind lines have been specifically engineered for accurate tension control, high line speed, fast reel changes, and outstanding winding quality. Based on the corporate pay-off and take-up range, rewind lines can be either tire-driven or pin-driven.
Both feature a portal design with floor rails. The Windak UW25DT can also include floating pintles and a second tire drive. The lines can handle flange diameters from 400 mm to 2600 mm.
