WTM to present the taping and sintering line for PTFE cables

WTM designs cable taping machines according to specific production requirements. The scope of cables that can be processed includes PTFE-insulated cables used in the aviation industry.

In this video, the company illustrates just how its line designed for the application of PTFE tapes and the subsequent sintering process works.

Two special sintering ovens make up the machine: the first acts as a preheater, while the second is responsible for the actual sintering process.
In addition, the Visio system quality control system supervises the taping process through a high-speed camera and dedicated image management software.
